    Great topic. Sometimes the new sales do tend to be the higher ones. I saw some newer construction recently in the Lincoln Crossing area and the builder has a huge sign on Highway 65 saying “we’ll pay your HOA fees for one year” or something to that effect. This alone tells me there is room for buyers to negotiate with builders since the builders have room to include concessions like that. Back when the market was hot builders didn’t have to include offers like that to attract buyers, but now buyers are in the driver’s seat so to speak. Nice video.
